Boosting Foot Traffic for Multi-Location Retail Store
How we coordinated a local SEO strategy across 5 locations to drive physical store visits and "near me" search dominance.
The Challenge
Managing one Google Business Profile is clear enough. Managing 5 across different cities with inconsistent data? That's a nightmare. Our client was suffering from data fragmentation—wrong hours listed, duplicate listings, and no centralized review management.
Customers were searching for their products but finding big-box competitors because Google didn't "trust" the local relevance of their individual stores.
Our Strategy
We implemented a "Hub & Spoke" architecture to connect their brand authority with hyper-local relevance.
Data Clean-Up & Citation Uniformity
We audited 50+ directories for each of the 5 locations, ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency. This 'signal cleaning' is the foundation of local rankings.
Local Store Pages
We turned their 'Locations' page into individual microsites for each store, featuring unique content about the local manager, parking info, and community involvement.
Product Schema Implementation
We used Merchant Center and Schema markup to display their in-store inventory directly in search results, capturing high-intent shoppers.
